As a family-run restaurant, RAGÙ focuses on small and welcoming share plates. This exciting new opening is the second venture for Mark and Karen, following the success of their original site, COR restaurant on Bedminster’s North Street. RAGÙ will carry forward the same ethos that has been key to their success: good hospitality, strong community ties and a focus on sustainability. Over the last 2 years COR has worked with 17 different community projects or charities and this is an initiative Mark and Karen will be bringing with them to their new community at Wapping Wharf.
The menu at RAGÙ will feature a range of Italian dishes perfect for sharing, with an emphasis on simple, high-quality ingredients and creating an inviting place for anyone; whether you're visiting alone, with colleagues or with loved ones.
