From the husband and wife team behind Bristol favourites Bravas, Bakers & Co Cargo Cantina and Corner 77.

Inspired by Mercado Central, or central market in Valencia, the lively restaurant focuses on tapas, fresh fish and seafood with a Catalan accent. 

Staples include 'Gambas Paella', fried aubergine with molasses, Chicharrones de pollo and a few more creative dishes such as ox tongue with piqual olive oil and capers. The delicious food can be washed down with refreshing drink from the aperitivo menu including Agua de Valencia, Catalan Spritz and Spanish Vermouth.
