From street food to specialist coffee – and everything in between – Wapping Wharf is set to offer huge range of options for food and drink 'on the go'.
Bertha's Pizza's focus is pizza but within the remit of dough and fermentation it also serves fresh bread, house-made gelato and plates of local and house-made charcuterie and cheeses.
The dough is fermented for days, baked at 500 degrees for 60 to 90 seconds in a hand-built Neapolitan oven.
The team's characteristic sourdough pizzas with loft and flecks of char saw them become finalists in the BBC Food & Farming Awards and put them in The Sunday Times top 25 pizzerias in the UK.
Bertha's is a friendly, owner-run, neighbourhood restaurant serving simple, affordable food which brings a smile to your face.
